To maintain a clean, safe, and organized community, all residents and guests must comply with the following parking guidelines: - Residential Use Only: Parking spaces are designated for residential use only. - No Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles, including but not limited to work vans, trucks with business signage, trailers, or vehicles used for business purposes, are not permitted to be parked on the property at any time. - Assigned Parking: Residents must park only in their assigned or designated spaces. - Guest Parking: Guest parking is available in designated areas only and may be subject to time limitations. - Vehicle Condition: All vehicles must be operational, properly registered, and in good condition. - Prohibited Parking: Parking in fire lanes, handicap spaces without proper permits, lawns, or unauthorized areas is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense and/or additional lease enforcement actions.
